Today television is an integral part of our life. It is made up of the Greek prefix 'telle' and the Latin word 'vizio'. Television was invented by John Logie Baird in 1925 in London. The world's first working television was then produced by Philo Farnsworth in 1927, which was presented to the press on 1 September 1928. Color television was invented by Baird in 1928. Public broadcasting took place in 1940. He was adopted by people in the 60s.
